1. Return & Exchange Policy
At Anastay Clothing, we strive to deliver the best fashion experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase, as completing a purchase indicates acceptance of these terms.
No Return / Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Returns and No Cash/Bank Refunds policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned for a monetary refund unless it falls under our Damaged / Wrong Product Policy (see below). We gladly offer size or product exchanges instead.
Exchange Policy & Process
If you are looking to exchange your item for a different size or a completely different product, please note the following conditions:

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Exchange Value Rules: You can exchange your item for a product of the same value or a higher value.

If you choose a product of a higher value, the price difference must be paid in full by the customer before the new item is shipped.

Logistics & Delivery Charges:

A standard logistics fee of ₹300 will be charged for your first exchange.

If you choose to exchange a product a second time, the logistics charges will double to ₹600, and will continue to double for any subsequent exchanges.

Damaged / Wrong Product Policy
We take utmost care in quality checking, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps strictly to claim a replacement or refund:

Time Limit: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Required: To process any claim for a damaged or wrong product, you must provide a continuous Parcel Opening/Unboxing Video along with clear pictures of the product, your Order ID, and payment method details.
⚠️ Note: If a clear, unedited parcel opening video and product pictures are not provided, we will be unable to process a replacement, exchange, or refund. -
Resolution: Once our team verifies and approves the proof, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
2. Terms & Conditions / General Policies

Product Care & Variations: Minor color variations may occur due to studio lighting or individual screen resolutions.

Payment for Upgrades: Shipping for any exchanged items of a higher value will only be processed after the difference in amount is successfully cleared.
